At Mockingbird Street, we take great pride in the premium quality of our products. We do understand there may be some instances in which you need to return goods. 

If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of Mockingbird Street. We are unable to accept returns on discount or sale items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We are unable to resend a product or offer a refund if the original product has been disposed of or the problem fixed, thereby making it impossible for us to assess the cause of the problem.

Mockingbird Street needs to be notified of any problems within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us immediately.

You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.

Mockingbird Street cannot replace or refund items purchased directly from any retail stores.  Please contact the store you purchased the product from directly and find out about their return policy.

Please do not return the goods to us unless we have asked you to do so.
